Data processed
The name, email address, (if given) company and website, service and budget choice, and project description you write in the contact form. For bot protection, Cloudflare Turnstile verification data and your IP address are also processed. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. The site measures only aggregate visit statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors.
Purpose
To answer your message, to carry out the quotation and meeting process, and to prevent misuse of the form.
Legal basis
Processing necessary for pre-contractual discussions in order to respond to your request (Art. 5/2-c), and the legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 5/2-f).
Transfers
Your message is transferred to Resend for sending email, and to Cloudflare for bot verification and hosting. The servers of these services may be located abroad; transfers are made in accordance with the conditions of KVKK Art. 9.
Retention
Messages are kept until the end of the reply process, for a maximum of 12 months.
Your rights (Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request correction and deletion, to object, and to claim compensation for damages. To apply: [email protected].
